In one movement. With a program note. Commissioned by the Sphinx Organization for its 25th Anniversary, and the University of Michigan Symphony Orchestra. This work is inspired by many of the heroic characters found in the world of the comic Black Kirby, principally Motherboxx Connection. This work is part of a larger, multi-movement symphonic work by the composer entitled TALES. Duration ca. 5 minutes.
