Percussion Quartet : Compass Chrome (2012).

In one movement. With program notes. Commissioned by the Virginia Commonwealth University Department of Music and Dr. Peter Martin with a consortium of sixteen universities, conservatories, organizations, and educators. Premiered by the VCU Percussion Ensemble in November, 2012. This work features mallet-based instruments set up as a compass. Duration ca. 10 minutes.
