A concerto in one movement. With a program note. Commissioned by BBC Radio 3. Premiered by Carolin Widmann and the BBC Philharmonic in Manchester, November 2019. The music uses the alternation of slow and fast sections to explore various ways for the violin to interact with the orchestra. Duration ca. 25 minutes.
