This work consists of six fragments of music: 1. Petite toccata fragmentée -- 2. Choral sans fin -- 3. Une petite grande fugue -- 4. Prélude -- 5. Chanson -- 6. Petite toccata fragmentée (end). With program and performance notes. Commissioned by Scott Holden. The fragments are performed simultaneously, and no two performances are alike. Duration ca. 7-10 minutes.
