Written for and dedicated to Jamie Jordan and Daniel Druckman. With program and performance notes. The music sets texts by contemporary Iranian poets, as translated to English by Niloufar Talebi. Percussion performs on crotales, vibraphone, xylophone, tubular bells, and tam-tam. Duration ca. 17 minutes.
