In one movement. With performance notes. This work was composed in 1957, and premiered that year at the Library of Congress with solo violist Walter Trampler. There is no score -- players read from parts, using the performance notes for instruction. The violist plays at three different stations, and thus provided with three separate parts. One performer plays both timpani and chimes. Custom print edition from manuscript.
