In one movement. Dedicated to Arlene Santana. Premiered at Yale University in 1993 by cellists Inbal Segev and Joseph Elworthy. The music finds the cellos mostly working together in homophony or in the creation of single lines. The mood changes often and abruptly. Duration ca. 5 minutes.
