Quintet No. 2 : For Piano and String Quartet.

Commissoned by the Lark Quintet and Ohio University, this piece was composed for the Lark and Schickele to perform together. The piano part reflects Schickele's professed lack of virtuosity. The music is most often inspired by Brahms. Four movements, duration ca. 26 minutes.
