Contents: I. Furious -- II. Slow -- III. Fanfare -- IV. Finale. Commissioned by Ensemble Mescolare. Premiered in Nijmegen, Netherlands, August 2018. The wind quartet is scored for soprano sax, alto sax (doubles on tenor), trombone, and bass trombone (doubles on double bass trombone). The jazz trio is scored for drum set, piano, and double bass. Duration ca. 20 minutes.
