In one movement. With program notes. This music was composed to accompany the animated art of Rita Blitt. The work juxtaposes geologic time with the existence of humans on Earth. Scored for a full orchestra with two percussionists, playing many Chinese instruments. This is one of four different versions of the music. Parts and the DVD of animation are available on rental from the publisher.
