Chromatic Quadrachord : For Violin, Clarinet, Piano, Marimba and Quadrachord (2001).

In one movement. Commissioned by Zeitgeist, the Walker Art Center, and Helena Presents. Composed for the musical theater work, Sound Stage. Dresher and Daniel Schmidt invented the quadrachord, which is a 15-foot long instrument with four strings which may be plucked or bowed. The quadrachord part is notated graphically, with numbers and boxes.
