With brief biographical introduction. A prolific composer (some 500 works thus far), Baksa also spends much energy revising his earlier work. The pre- sent piece was premiered as a trio for clarinet, cello and horn. The 10-minut work features 3 slow sections, contrasted with 2 virtuoso sections.
