Dedicated to percussionist Lynn Vartan, who premiered the work in Pasadena, CA, February 2004. This one-movement work uses almost exclusively metallic percussion, both pitched and non-pitched, to create beautiful sonorities and textures. Performance note. Duration ca. 12 min.
